Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day exchange or return guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer

Please note we are not responsable for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsivle for all costs and charges associated with returning your order.

How to return an item

Please send us an email at: ask@drivnjewellery.com with the order number and we will guide you step-by-step

Returns can only be accepted if:

- the item is still in its original packaging
- unworn and undamaged

We will not except returns if the item has been worn or damaged (other than any faults upon arrival) & this will result in the item being returned to sender.

Any items that are damaged upon arrival: please let us now within 14 days so we can quickly resolve the issue. After 14 days, we are unable to take responsability for broken / damaged items. If the item you have ordered is damaged, you should follow the return procedure letting us know of the fault ASAP.

We do not cover return costs

We do not offer free returns and it is the responsability of the customer to return the item to us. Please keep hold of your proof of return in the event the return package is lost or stolen as we cannot take responsability for this manner


Exchange policy applies the same rules as a return. Any exchange request after the 30 day window will be denied.

Refund policy

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to arrive back to you. All returns are paid via the method of payment you chose to make the order with. Please, we do not refund the shipping which you originally paid when making the order.
