Yes, it's true! We love offering free shipping to our customers!

It will take 24-48 hours to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturdays, even if your shipment is upgraded to "Priority"

Please note that if incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, processing may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to review their shipping and billing information carefully before checking out to avoid any delays.

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most parcels are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide whether the parcel is safe if left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or reschedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to enter a shipping address where you know yours or someone else will be available to accept the package (either a work address or a friend's address).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address you provided at checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. Please allow 1-7 days for your tracking information to appear. In some rare cases, the tracking information may be out of date but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time


It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is very little time to cancel/amend your order or change your order address. If you decide to change your shipping address, write to ask@drivnjewelry.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits within which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make any changes to your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

By placing an order on Drivn  you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us after 30 days. Please refer to our returns policy for more information on how to return parcels.

Please note that we do not ship to Albania, Brazil, Algeria, Indonesia, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan, Tunisia.
